This is a movie that will bring the meaning of the story not only to your mind and thoughts, but also to your heart and soul. From seeing the trailer only I was touched by the depth of the feelings shown in the movie. This is a sad story with a happy ending, but true enough to become close to the audience. This is a story about attachment and bond, between 2 close people, about choices we have to make, where there is a third person in your life. But in the end, the main idea of the movie is that "life is for living".

Charlie is a young boy, who gives a promis to his younger brother Sam to practice baseball with him everday, before the time comes for Charlie to leave to college. When Charlie and Sam get into a car crash, the only survival is Charlie. After Sam's death Charlie is overwelmed with grief and sadness, he still remembers his promis and is going to keep it. The bond between two brothers is so strong, that Charlie can still see Sam, as if he was alife. He comes to practive baseball with Sam everyday, untill it becomes too complecated to live double life, when a girl comes into Charlies life. A beautiful sailor girl takes Charlie's heart into her hands, and he has to make a choice between brother and a girl. Whether to keep his promis, or to live his life.
